PRESSURE CASTING MACHINE
This type of machine has been developed for the manufacture of ceramic articles for tableware, culinary and technical ceramics.
The functional principle is based on the high pressure injection of porcelain, bone china, vitreous or other slips into porous molds. A filtration action through the mold allows to obtain parts with a sufficient hardness to be manipulated by a robot.
Several variations exist depending on the number of heads and the injection pressure of the slip.

With the new versions of automated pressure casting machines, we have significantly increased productivity and flexibility of use. This cell (or all-in-one pressure casting line) was conceived for 24/7 non-stop production.
In addition to the pressure casting head, it includes a demolding robot, a dryer and a finishing cell.
Ideal for markets with high labor costs, these lines work as well for tableware as for technical ceramics.

AUTOMATIC JIGGERING LINE
Our fully automated jiggering line has been developed for the production of small to medium sized cups and hollowware. The concept can also be used for the production of large shaped items or plates.
The system includes a deaerating extruder, an automatic roller head, a dryer, finishing machines, a cup reverse system, automatic handle sealing and an automatic unloading conveyor. In addition to this line, it is possible to integrate a white dryer.

AUTOMATIC DRAIN CASTING MACHINE
This range includes a modular design machine allowing the automatic and simultaneous casting of many different designs thanks to the staggered positioning of the casting nozzles. The machine includes: 4 independent lines (for 4 different setting times), equipped with 4 adjustable filling nozzles, emptying and draining system with adjustable angle, mould dryer.
The alternating rotation of the mould trays contributes to the improvement of the quality of the finished product
