FORMING

HIGH PRESSURE CASTING

Recognised across the world as specialists of pressure casting technology, with many applications in technical ceramics, refractories and traditional ceramics, we continue developing this promising forming technology and offering constant improvements to increase the productiveness of our machines and the quality of the finished products.

By improving the quality and the durability of the tools and decreasing related costs, by offering a whole range of automation solutions (demoulding, feed nozzle removal and finishing) we can provide our customers with useful production units that offer flexibility, improved productivity and cost savings that are at a premium in the current market.

R&D

CERINNOV GROUP high pressure casting is mainly used for the production of tableware and has been developed by our R&D team for shaping applications in technical or refractory ceramics:

  • Technical ceramics
  •  Zirconia, Alumina, Nitride, …
    Refractory and kilns furniture
  • Cordierite, SIC, …
  • Mineral chemistry and nanoparticle composition
  • Ceramic body armor plates

Moreover, CERINNOV can optimize both ceramic slip formulation / porous resin depending of the composition and the particle size of your ceramic body.

With the new versions of automated high pressure casting lines, we offer considerable increases to productivity and a greater flexibility. This unit has been created in order to work 7/24. Beside the pressure casting head, this all-in-one line is equipped with a robot to unload the press, a dryer and a finishing unit. This line fits perfectly for high labour cost markets. These lines can be used for tableware and technical ceramics.

SHAPING PROCESSES

CERINNOV Group is constantly improving the current forming porcesses and develops new technologies and machines to shape your tomorrow’s products.

Our forming know-how includes also:

  • Jiggering of flatware and holloware;
  • Drain casting;
  • Robotized finishing for complex shapes thanks to trajectory tracking and stress sensors;
  • Robotized and automated glazing by dipping or spraying.
